Job summary

Taco Bell Area Coach role supported by franchisees focuses on building a strong RGM leadership pipeline, driving consistent guest experiences, and improving restaurant performance across multiple stores in the Maryland area.

The AC provides day-to-day coaching, ensures food safety and quality standards, and oversees program implementations while traveling to designated stores as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates or undergraduate degree or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Thorough knowledge of Taco Bell performance metrics, product specifications and management systems.
• Must travel to designated stores and work with management team on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Build management capability by coaching RGMs and developing talent.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction through leadership and coaching.
• Coach process and discipline around the P&L to drive sales and profitability.
• Lead product and program rollouts with RGMs to ensure success.
• Provide ongoing feedback and role-model desired behaviors across restaurants.
