Everyday Coffee Company seeks an experienced District Manager to lead multiple QSR locations and drive operational excellence across a growing Dunkin’ partnership. You’ll hire, train, and mentor Store Managers while ensuring brand standards, financial performance, and safety compliance.

The role requires overseeing labor and food costs, executing promotions, and traveling across operation zones up to 70% of the time to support expansion and ensure consistency in service and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience (QSR, Grocery Retail, or Dunkin' a plus).
• Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Store Managers and their teams to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure brand standards, health & permit regulations, safety, and compliance across locations.
• Drive sales growth with local marketing and promotional initiatives.
• Manage labor and food costs to meet budget targets and oversee cash handling.
