Qualifications

• 5+ years multi-unit management experience required.
• 5+ years merchandising experience preferred.
• 5+ years of P&L responsibility of multiple units preferred.
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Ability to navigate various computer programs, systems, and technology tools as part of daily operations.
• Must be willing to relocate.
• Must be able to talk, hear, move, lift up to 50 pounds, and see clearly to perform job duties.

Responsibilities

• Travel, work, and train across multiple locations to support operations and drive consistency in performance.
• Oversee daily retail operations for efficiency and alignment with company goals; identify improvement opportunities.
