Job summary

Papa John’s is seeking a high-caliber Area Supervisor to oversee multiple locations in the greater Milwaukee area, extending south to Kenosha. This leadership role focuses on rebuilding operational standards, strengthening teams, and driving consistent performance across a market with turnover.

You will be part of a multi-unit leadership team committed to your growth. The role offers a base salary of $70,000 plus monthly performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in multi-unit or store-level leadership within quick-service, retail, or hospitality environments.
• Strong coaching, communication, and people-development skills.
• Ability to lead through change and motivate teams in challenging conditions.
• Solid understanding of operational systems, financial controls, and performance metrics.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the Milwaukee area.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Ensure all stores meet Papa Johns’ standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and safety.
• Team Development: Recruit, train, coach, and mentor store-level leaders and team members.
• Performance Management: Drive improvements in labor, food cost, inventory, speed of service, and customer satisfaction.
• Culture Building: Reset expectations, reinforce company values, and establish a positive, performance-driven environment.
• Compliance & Standards: Maintain adherence to brand policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Daily Travel: Visit assigned stores regularly to provide hands-on leadership and oversight.
