The role requires 4–5+ years in McDonald’s multi-unit leadership, strong P&L acumen, and a proven track record of achieving high standards in operations and guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5+ years of proven McDonald’s multi-unit leadership experience.
• Significant tenure operating within the McDonald’s system at an organizational scale.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple restaurants and sizable leadership teams.
• Deep understanding of McDonald’s systems, corporate expectations, and operating standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to Restaurant General Managers across multiple locations.
• Analyze P&L statements, sales trends, and key financial metrics to drive profitable performance.
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve operational and financial goals.
• Coach and mentor managers, building a pipeline of future leaders.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, service, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular site visits, operational reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Partner with ownership on strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Support recruiting, retention, and talent development initiatives.
• Promote a positive culture focused on guest satisfaction and team engagement.
