Qualifications

• 3–5 years of operational management experience in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach shift managers, assistant managers and managers on operational excellence.
• Develop staffing plans and manage staffing levels for multiple restaurants.
• Provide leadership to ensure compliance with operating standards.
• Drive sales goals using provided reports and identify opportunities.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives.
• Travel to provide support at multiple locations.
