Job summary

Spotless Brands LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead field-based, multi-unit express car wash operations across an assigned market. You will report to the VP of Operations and drive performance across sites, focusing on profitability, customer experience, and scalable growth.

You will manage District Managers, collaborate with corporate support teams, and oversee the Customer Experience Coordinator. A data-driven, entrepreneurial leader with strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of industry-related experience including progressive multi-unit operational leadership in high-volume service environments.
• Proven track record leading large teams to hit financial, operational, and people targets.
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee District Managers and site-level teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs (labor, throughput, safety, profitability) to drive improvements.
• Conduct site visits to ensure brand standards, engagement, customer satisfaction, and safety.
• Lead cost management, labor optimization, and budget discipline at multiple levels.
• Establish scalable systems and processes to support growth and expansion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to onboard new sites and align market goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain talent; drive performance and succession planning.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to drive market growth and customer experience.
