Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or related field.
• 7+ years of multi-unit leadership in high-volume/service.
• Proven track record leading large teams to financial, operational, and people targets.
• Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within the market.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee District Managers and coach for operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs like labor, throughput, safety, profitability.
• Conduct site visits to ensure brand standards and safety.
• Lead cost management and budget discipline.
• Partner with implementation teams for onboarding new sites.
• Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Facilities, Finance to align goals.
• Recruit and develop talent; foster high-performing culture.
• Represent market in executive reviews with actionable insights.
• Be available for emergencies outside business hours.
