Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Market Director to own and scale operations across 12–20 express carwash sites in the United States. This leadership role manages P&L, people, culture, and performance, shaping a market from the ground up rather than inheriting a finished operation.

You will recruit and develop Site Managers and Market Leaders, drive safety and service standards, and partner with maintenance teams to keep equipment running.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership in carwash or similar field operations.
• Proven success owning P&L and driving financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills at scale.
• Ability to travel daily across multiple locations.
• Experience with mechanical or equipment-based operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for 12–20 express carwash sites with consistent execution across the market.
• Own full P&L for the market and drive sales, manage costs, and improve margins.
• Develop leaders, recruit and coach site managers, and shape a positive culture.
• Oversee maintenance and asset reliability across the market to minimize downtime.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and high-quality customer service at all sites.
• Provide market performance updates to regional or corporate leadership.
