Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Market Director to own the full operation across 12-20 express carwash sites, including the P&L, people, culture, and performance. You will shape a market rather than inherit a finished operation, traveling daily to oversee sites, develop leaders, and ensure safety and consistent customer service across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in carwash, retail, service, or similar field-operations environments.
• Demonstrated success managing P&L and driving financial performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills at scale.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations for 12-20 express carwash sites with market-wide accountability.
• Own full P&L for the market and drive revenue, costs, and margins.
• Develop leaders and build a strong bench across Site Managers and Market Managers.
• Ensure safety, procedures, and customer service standards at all locations.
• Monitor KPIs and present market performance to leadership.
• Travel daily across multiple locations to oversee operations.
