Job summary

Pacific Bells, LLC is seeking a Director of Operations to lead all aspects of operations across 25-50 Taco Bell franchise restaurants, supervising up to 8 area coaches.

You will drive sales, profit, and brand standards while developing leaders, recruiting and training managers, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates/undergraduate degree preferred or equivalent Taco Bell/industry experience.
• 6-8 years of management/supervisory experience in a QSR food service business with multi-unit experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with conflict resolution ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop up to 8 area coaches and 25-50 restaurants.
• Drive day-to-day operations, sales and profit targets.
• Ensure execution of brand standards, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit, train, and coach managers; set goals and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with franchise partners to grow brand, sales, and profits.
• Address maintenance and repair issues; optimize operations and planning.
