Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of multi-unit or district-level experience in restaurant or food service management.
• Proven ability to develop high-performing teams and improve guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Deep understanding of restaurant operations and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of Restaurant and Assistant Managers.
• Drive leadership pipeline and succession planning across locations.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and facilities standards.
• Analyze sales, labor, and costs to improve profitability and KPIs.
• Set clear location goals and monitor employee engagement and retention.
