Lori's Gifts is seeking a Market Manager to lead multiple hospital gift shops and drive sales while delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will travel ~50% weekly between assigned stores and your home store, and work under the Market Director to build high-performing, customer-focused teams.

This role requires 3+ years in retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, willingness to travel, and the ability to staff, train, and manage inventory across locations to meet KPIs.
