Job summary

Lori's Gifts, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to lead multiple hospital gift shop locations, driving sales and delivering an exceptional Guest experience. You will travel to assigned stores and build high-performing teams under the Market Director’s guidance.

The role requires 3+ years of retail experience with 2+ years in a supervisory capacity, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Lifting up to 30 pounds and area-wide staffing responsibilities are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience including 2+ years in a store management or supervisor capacity.
• Experience evaluating and hiring store personnel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Flexible to open and close store independently when needed.
• Multi-unit experience is a plus.
• Area travel required 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales across the home store and area stores to meet performance KPIs.
• Travel 50% of time to assigned stores and manage staffing, training, and onboarding.
• Ensure inventory availability and merchandising plans are followed.
• Provide performance feedback and drive customer-focused service across locations.
• Execute Lori's Gifts procedures in all stores and maintain security standards.
