Lori's Gifts, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to lead multiple hospital gift shop locations. You will drive sales, set the store tone, and develop high-performing teams across the home store and surrounding area stores.

The role requires travel up to 50% weekly, staffing, training, inventory control, and adherence to merchandising standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience with 2+ years in a store management or supervisory role.
• High School diploma or GED; college degree optional.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales-driven teams across home and area stores; travel to assigned stores 50% of the time.
• Supervise staffing, onboarding, and training on sales techniques, products, and promotions.
• Ensure inventory levels and merchandising standards; protect merchandise and enforce security procedures.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage and extend store hours when needed.
• Address escalated customer service issues and achieve KPIs across locations.
