Job summary

Lori's Gifts, Inc. is seeking a Market Manager to lead multiple gift shop locations with a focus on exceptional guest experiences. You will travel 50% to assigned stores and 50% in your home store, building sales-driven teams and ensuring strong merchandising and customer service.

The role requires retail leadership, staffing, inventory control and training, with the ability to manage performance and meet KPIs. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• 3 or more years of retail experience including 2+ years in a supervisor role.
• Experience evaluating and hiring store personnel.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Open and close store independently when needed.
• Multi-unit or specialty/big box experience is a plus.
• Area travel required 50%.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales and set the tone for the team to meet performance goals.
• Travel 50% of time to assigned stores and 50% in home store.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, and training on sales techniques and procedures.
• Provide performance feedback and set achievement timeframes.
• Ensure inventory availability and merchandising compliance.
• Schedule staff to cover shifts and keep stores open.
• Handle intensified customer service issues and operational procedures.
• Execute Lori's Gifts procedures across home and area stores.
