Job summary

Lori's Gifts in Hartford, CT is looking for a Market Manager to lead multiple hospital gift shop locations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional guest experience with heart. You will recruit and coach teams, uphold Lori's Gifts service standards, and ensure merchandise availability and engaging displays across the area.

You will travel 50% of the time to assigned stores and spend 50% of time at your home store, oversee staffing and onboarding, manage schedules, and meet KPIs while maintaining

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience including 2+ years in store management or supervisory capacity.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Multi-unit experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple hospital gift shop locations and drive sales and KPI performance.
• Staff staffing, onboarding, and training on sales techniques, promotions, and procedures.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory, schedules, and customer service to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Travel to assigned stores 50% of the time and manage home store operations.
