Job summary

Lori's Gifts is a trusted retailer servicing hospitals nationwide for over 40 years. We are seeking a Market Manager to lead multiple gift shop locations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional Guest experience with heart and service.

You will travel about 50% to assigned stores, lead staffing, onboarding, merchandising, inventory management, and ensure standards. Reporting to the Market Director, you will meet KPIs, supervise schedules, and maintain top customer service in all area stores.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience including 2+ years in a store management or supervisor role.
• Education: High School diploma or GED or college degree.
• Experience evaluating and hiring store personnel.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Open/close store independently when needed.
• Multi-unit experience is a plus; area travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Travel 50% of time to assigned stores and 50% in home store.
• Lead through example and drive sales across multiple locations.
• Hire, train, and onboard new staff and provide performance feedback.
• Ensure inventory levels and merchandising plans are followed.
• Schedule staff to ensure coverage; manage customer service issues.
• Maintain security and safety standards in all stores.
• Collaborate with Market Director to meet KPIs and standards.
