Lori's Gifts is seeking a Market Manager to lead multiple gift shop locations with a strong focus on guest experience and sales performance. You will travel 50% of the time to assigned stores and 50% in your home store, building sales-driven teams and ensuring top service standards across markets.

You will recruit, onboard, and train staff, maintain inventory and merchandising standards, and manage scheduling to keep stores open and staffed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of retail experience, including 2+ years in a store management or supervisor capacity.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience evaluating and hiring store personnel.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Aufgaben

• Lead market operations across home store and area stores, driving sales and performance KPIs.
• Travel 50% of time to assigned stores and 50% in home store.
• Onboard and train new team members on sales techniques, products, promotions, and procedures.
• Ensure inventory levels and merchandising plans are followed across all stores.
• Schedule staff to ensure proper shift coverage and store openings/closes.
• Provide performance feedback and support to staff to achieve targets.
