Dunkin’ | SAWS LLC is seeking an Area Manager to develop our General Managers, Assistant Managers, and crew, creating great customer experiences as we expand from 7 to 20 stores in the coming years.

You will lead leaders, drive store performance, and play a key role in growth. Applicants should have restaurant multi-unit experience, strong coaching skills, and a proven ability to execute company standards while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-unit environment, ideally restaurant/fast casual.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage P&L, inventory and operations across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of stores, develop multi-unit strategies to hit financial and customer-service goals.
• Lead and coach General Managers and Assistant Managers to strengthen leadership across sites.
• Provide expertise on staffing, store operations, and company policies.
