Job summary

Dunkin’ Brands is seeking a Market Leader to provide leadership, coaching and direction to approximately 5–8 restaurants. The role supports Restaurant Managers to ensure operations, guest service and brand standards are met while maximizing sales and profits.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing managers, analyzing sales, training teams on marketing windows and brand initiatives, and traveling between locations as needed to drive performance and consistency across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Experience leading multi-unit teams in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 5-8 restaurants and develop restaurant managers.
• Analyze sales and drive improvements in operations and profitability.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant managers.
• Deliver training on marketing windows, LTOs and brand initiatives.
• Travel between restaurants to ensure consistency and execution.
