Job summary

Sagris Enterprises Management seeks a Multi-Unit Leader to oversee 3–6 Dunkin’ franchise restaurants in New Hampshire. The role involves coaching managers, driving sales and profitability, and ensuring exceptional guest service and strict adherence to Brand standards.

You will analyze store performance, lead training, and develop plans with franchise owners. Travel between sites is required to maintain consistency across locations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of multi-unit or similar experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic math and financial management skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support 3–6 restaurants to ensure operational excellence.
• Analyze restaurant sales and drive improvements in operations, service and profitability.
• Set sales and service goals with franchise owners and restaurant managers.
• Provide training to restaurant managers on brand initiatives, marketing windows and LTOs.
• Develop business plans and action plans for the portfolio with franchise owners.

Position Title: Multi Unit ManagerFranchise Organization: Sagris Enterprises ManagementGenerally Reports To: Director of Operations / FranchiseeA Multi-Unit-Leader (MUL) generally provides leadership, coaching and direction to approximately 3-6 restaurants.
