Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required.
• Strong math and money-handling skills are essential.
• Experience in restaurant or retail supervisory roles preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong, positive leadership to the team to deliver guest experiences.
• Oversee store operations in line with Dunkin/Baskin standards and franchisee guidelines.
• Hire, train and develop employees; communicate expectations; monitor performance.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and brand standards; ensure appropriate staffing for shifts.
• Control costs and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and profitability.
• Set sales goals and track performance; support new product rollouts and marketing efforts.
