Qwikkit, a growing Houston-based cabin et refacing manufacturer, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to strengthen customer relationships and drive revenue across assigned territories. You will collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to uncover opportunities, reactivate dormant accounts, and educate customers on our innovative products.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, account management, or business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and engage customers proactively.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Results-driven mindset with sales goals.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers across assigned accounts and territories.
• Identify new sales opportunities and projects within existing portfolios.
• Proactively engage customers, reactivate dormant accounts, and drive repeat business.
• Educate customers on Qwikkit’s products and applications.
• Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support territory growth.
• Maintain accurate customer information and opportunities in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor activity and share customer insights for improvements.
