Job summary

Unidine, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a Hospitality Manager to lead front-of-house operations across multiple dining venues in Atlanta, delivering exceptional guest experiences through service leadership and operational excellence.

You will oversee restaurant operations, special events, and service teams, partnering with culinary leadership to deliver elevated dining and cultivate strong relationships with guests, residents, clients and team members.

Qualifications

• 2 years of food service management experience.
• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, country club, or multi-unit management.
• Waitstaff and catering experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food trends, sanitation, and cost controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Financial, budgeting, accounting and computing skills.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants with emphasis on guest experience.
• Coach front-of-house staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service.
• Engage with residents to address feedback and drive improvements.
• Lead daily dining room operations for a high-end hospitality experience.
• Collaborate with culinary leadership on menus and food quality.
• Assist with budgeting, P&L and account performance.
