Qualifications

• Five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all P&L and budgeting for the account.
• Manages day-to-day operations of the account.
• Performs HR functions including hiring, counseling, and terminations.
