Job summary

Spot Dessert Bar, a 16-year-old dessert concept in the New York City area, is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations and drive revenue across all locations. This senior, P&L-owning role partners with ownership and culinary and marketing leads to scale the brand while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage staffing, SOPs, and cost controls, while growing new revenue channels like catering, takeout, and seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive operations leadership in restaurants, cafes, bakeries, or multi-unit hospitality.
• Strong P&L ownership and ability to manage COGS, labor, and margins across multiple locations.
• Experience leading store-level managers and building training programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across all locations, ensuring standard opening, running, and closing.
• Walk stores to inspect cleanliness, equipment, food safety, merchandising, and guest experience.
• Own the full P&L for each location and the portfolio, with revenue and cost accountability.
