Responsibilities

• Mentor and train franchisees to improve profitability.
• Support brand standards and operational execution.
• Lead openings of new franchise locations and ramp plans.
• Analyze economic reports and advise on cost controls.
• Communicate with Director of Franchise Operations on issues.
