Job summary

Palm Beach Tan & Wellness is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead multiple salon locations throughout the St. Louis Area. This role focuses on coaching, operational excellence, and building a culture where employees and customers thrive.

You will partner with Salon Directors to grow sales, develop talent, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across your district. If you’re passionate about leadership and measurable results, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple locations.
• Retail, service, or wellness leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience managing KPIs, staffing, payroll, inventory and ops performance.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the district.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership growth, retail sales, wellness utilization, customer retention, and profitability.
• Coach leaders and teams to achieve KPIs and ensure promotions are executed.
• Recruit, develop, coach, and retain Salon Directors and future leaders.
• Monitor payroll, labor, inventory, expenses; present district performance to leaders.
