Palm Beach Tan - Old Trinity Management Company is seeking a District Retail Manager to lead multiple tanning salon locations across Kansas and Missouri. You will oversee operations, drive sales, and coach store leadership to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role requires proven multi-unit retail leadership, P&L accountability, and strong analytics. Expect regular travel within the district to visits stores and implement strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit retail management or district management experience.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing P&L in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing multiple locations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in retail reporting tools and sales analytics.
• Ability to travel regularly within the district to conduct store visits.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple Palm Beach Tan retail locations within the district.
• Train, coach, and develop salon leadership to lead high-performing teams in the retail sales environment.
• Drive sales performance, membership growth, and key retail KPIs across all locations.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand standards, cleanliness, and customer service excellence.
• Analyze district sales reports and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Partner with corporate leadership on marketing initiatives, promotions, and new product launches.
