Qualifications

• Willing to work a 45-hour week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Staff restaurants with right people in the right roles and develop talent plans.
• Provide meaningful feedback and support performance development.
• Lead proactive recruitment to reduce turnover and strengthen culture.
• Foster a strong employer brand and welcoming onboarding experience.
• Maintain a high-quality Training Restaurant to develop future leaders.
• Conduct store visits and monitor quality across all day parts.
• Monitor costs and use budgets to drive profitability.
