Responsibilities

• Food Safety - Establish a food safety culture; ensure procedures comply with policy and regulations; take corrective actions as needed.
• Growth Mindset – Ensure proper staffing and scheduling to grow sales; drive digital ordering adoption; monitor marketing programs; develop local store marketing plans.
• Profit - Conduct monthly business reviews to improve performance; monitor costs and drive corrective actions to meet budgets and improve margins.
• Fast Food Done Right - Cultivate a culture of high quality food; conduct store visits to ensure quality across all dayparts; act on customer survey feedback.
• Wendy’s Kind of People - Manage staffing levels, promote diversity in the workforce, recruit effectively, and conduct performance reviews; support DEI initiatives.
• Developing Best GMs - Develop General Managers through training and development plans; ensure IDP and succession readiness.
• Compliance – Ensure brand protection and policy compliance; coach and retrain managers as needed.
• Great Restaurant Experiences - Analyze customer feedback to improve service speed and overall satisfaction; coach teams accordingly.
