Job summary

Delight Restaurant Group / Wendy's is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurants within the Virginia Beach area. You will drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction while mentoring restaurant leadership teams.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, budget oversight, and enforcing food safety standards to protect the brand. Successful candidates bring 5+ years in multi-unit ops and strong HR knowledge.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years restaurant operations experience; multi-unit management preferred.
Ability to learn and apply HR policies and procedures.
Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local employment laws.
Ability to train and develop staff; strong supervisory skills.
Serve Safe training or certification is a plus; proficient PC skills.

Responsibilities

Oversees daily operations of the district to achieve sales and profit targets.
Ensures compliance with company policies and ethical standards; maintains Delight Every Customer standard.
Develops staff through training, coaching, and performance reviews.
Monitors labor costs, budgets, and P&L to maximize profitability.
Leads customer experience initiatives to consistently delight guests.
