Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years restaurant operations experience, multi-unit management preferred.
• High School diploma required; College degree preferred.
• 18 years old or older.
• Ability to learn and apply HR Policies and Procedures.
• Demonstrated supervisory and interviewing experience.
• Knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and Local employment laws.
• Ability to execute training and development practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the District to achieve sales, profits, customer satisfaction and HR objectives.
• Ensure proper staffing levels and diverse management workforce; recruit, recognize and retain restaurant management.
• Provide effective restaurant management training and development using established systems and practices.
• Ensure food safety procedures and sanitation regulations are followed; take corrective action as needed.
• Monitor store performance and coach managers to uphold Delight Every Customer standards.
• Support growth and profitability by managing budgets, costs, and local marketing plans.
