Qualifications

• Base pay range noted with bonus eligibility up to $18,000.

Responsibilities

• Food Safety: establish a food safety culture and ensure procedures meet policy and health regulations.
• Growth Mindset: optimize staffing/scheduling, drive digital ordering, and support local marketing plans.
• Profit: review monthly performance, manage labor/food costs, and act on variances to improve results.
• Fast Food Done Right: maintain high quality standards and monitor customer feedback for quality at all times.
• Wendy’s Kind of People: ensure staffing stability, diverse leadership, active performance management and onboarding.
• Developing Best GMs: train and develop General Managers and succession planning.
• Compliance: ensure district adherence to policies and protect the Wendy’s brand.
• Great Restaurant Experiences: monitor operations patterns and drive continuous improvements.
