Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee the total operation of multiple restaurants. You will supervise restaurant management, conduct meetings and store visits to ensure consistent execution and quality service.

You will lead with strong communication, provide guidance to managers on decision making, and perform performance reviews. The role involves auditing safety and cash practices, driving profits, and supporting local marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a 55-hour work week (evenings and weekends).
