Job summary

Little Caesars seeks an Area Supervisor to oversee the total operation of multiple restaurants in the San Antonio region. You will supervise restaurant management, lead meetings, and perform store visits to ensure consistent implementation of strategy and standards.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to analyze profit and loss, and coaching of managers on decision making and problem solving. A college degree or 4+ years of management experience is preferred, along with a valid

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Conduct reviews, audits, and cash management to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Monitor sales and cost-control figures to drive profitability.
• Assist in local store marketing initiatives.
