Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking an Area Supervisor in the Barboursville, WV area to lead day-to-day operations across one to six restaurants. The role reports to the COO and drives production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will hold a high school diploma, wear business casual or uniform, excel in customer service, maintain composure under pressure, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds while working in varied

Job description

The Little Caesars Area Supervisor will report to the COO. The Little Caesars Area Supervisor will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all operational related activities of our Little Caesars Operations over one to six restaurants. This position will oversee Little Caesars restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance. This position will also be responsible for ensuring that the Little Caesars facility is operated within the operational guidelines.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• DRESS CODE: Business Casual or Uniform required by QSR
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.
