Job summary

Little Caesars in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee multiple restaurants and ensure consistent execution of company strategy across locations.

You will lead and coach Restaurant Managers, conduct store visits, reviews, and performance evaluations while managing cash, safety, and profit goals. A college degree or 4+ years of management experience is preferred; valid driver’s license required and a 55-hour work week may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills and ability to advise and counsel Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze profit and loss statements and create action plans.
• Excellent communication and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total operation of multiple restaurants and ensure consistent execution of company direction.
• Conduct store visits, reviews, and manager meetings to uphold service quality, cleanliness, and operations.
• Perform performance reviews and lead security/safety audits, cash management, and cost control activities.
• Support local store marketing and staff development to drive profitability.
