Flik Hospitality Group is seeking a senior operations leader to manage districts within the portfolio, driving profitability, quality and client satisfaction. You will lead a team of District Managers and Directors of Dining Services, partner with Sales and Finance, and ensure adherence to safety, QA and budgeting processes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent multi-unit hospitality experience, strong leadership, financial acumen, and willingness to travel extensively to oversee

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years progressive experience in multi-unit food service or related areas.
• Proven leadership, budget and contract management experience.
• Strong business and financial acumen with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of District Managers and Directors of Dining Services to deliver excellent service.
• Drive profitability, safety and engagement metrics across districts.
• Participate in regional leadership discussions and share best practices.
• Oversee territory accounts, assess risk/reward, and plan long-term actions.
• Set cultural tone with leadership, ensuring visibility, safety and accountability.
• Represent the brand at client and community events; liaise with Sales and Finance on proposals.
• Ensure compliance with regional and local policies and QA requirements.
• Develop talent through evaluations, succession planning, and cross-training.
