Flik Hospitality is seeking a District Manager to lead a cross-functional team and manage multiple accounts in the territory. You will plan operations, drive profitability, and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will collaborate with Sales, Retention, and Finance to develop proposals and reports, while coaching staff and advancing regional priorities. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years progressive multi-unit food service/hospitality management experience.
• Strong leadership with ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
• Proven business and financial acumen; travel required; excellent communication skills.
