Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a multi-unit management capacity in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in a quick service restaurant (QSR) is preferred
• Serve-Safe certification or equivalent is desirable
• Open/flexible schedule including nights/weekends

• Leads Operational Excellence and the Guest Service Commitment and motivates the team to deliver exceptional guest service
• Builds Team Talent through hiring, training, and effective coaching
