Workstream is seeking a hands-on District Manager to lead multiple Dunkin’ locations in the Illinois region. You will coach and develop restaurant managers, ensure brand standards, and drive sales and profitability while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires travel between locations and a commitment to weekends and holidays, with opportunities for career growth and leadership development within a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Experience in quick-service restaurant management or multi-unit leadership.
• Proven ability to drive sales and profitability and manage P&L.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.
• Schedule includes weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Dunkin’ locations within the district.
• Ensure stores meet brand standards for food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and guest experience.
• Conduct regular store visits and monitor performance metrics.
• Support new store openings, transitions, and operational rollouts across the district.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop restaurant managers and teams.
• Build a high-performing culture and develop future leaders.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across all locations.
• Analyze financials and implement strategies to improve efficiency and revenue.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations.
