Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to travel between restaurants in the district.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants.
• Develop Restaurant Managers and drive sales and profitability.
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.
• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses.
• Review sales and P&L performance and create action plans.
• Set goals, analyze performance, and communicate priorities with franchise ownership.
