You will coach Store and Area Managers, oversee visual standards, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while maintaining safety and policy adherence. Travel within the district is required, with collaboration across regional leadership to achieve growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a district of 8–16 stores, ensuring operational and visual standards.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and team motivation.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and Area Managers.
• Conduct regular store visits to coach performance and ensure adherence to standards.
• Ensure consistent customer service aligned with MINISO expectations.
• Lead merchandising, marketing, and promotional initiatives across the district.
• Collaborate with corporate and regional leadership to align district goals.
• Drive loss prevention and shrink reduction across locations.
