Job summary

MINISO is seeking a District Manager to lead a geographic region of 8–16 stores, driving sales growth, profitability, and a best-in-class customer experience.

You will coach Store Managers to deliver exceptional service, maintain visual standards, analyze KPIs, recruit and develop future leaders, and partner with corporate and regional leadership to align district goals with MINISO’s strategies.

Qualifications

• Multi-site retail management experience required (3–5 years).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage P&L and labor costs.
• Willingness to travel within district.

Responsibilities

• Lead a district of 8–16 stores and ensure standards.
• Drive sales, profitability, and strategic execution.
• Coach Store Managers and develop leaders.
• Review financials and KPIs to identify trends.
• Lead merchandising, promotions, and operations.
