Job summary

MINISO is seeking a District Manager to lead a district of 8–16 stores in a designated geographic area in the United States. You will coach Store Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining visual standards and adherence to MINISO’s policies.

You will analyze KPIs, develop leaders, and implement merchandising and promotional initiatives across your district while traveling as needed to support growth and ensure consistent execution of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of multi-unit retail management experience.
• Ability to travel frequently within assigned district.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a district of 8–16 stores with oversight from an Area Manager if needed.
• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
• Analyze financial reports and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Store Managers and Area Managers as needed.
• Conduct store visits to coach performance and ensure standards.
• Ensure consistent, outstanding customer service across all stores.
• Uphold company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Lead merchandising, marketing and promotional initiatives in the district.
• Align district goals with MINISO’s strategies with senior leadership.
• Drive loss prevention and shrink reduction across all locations.
