Job summary

Dunkin is seeking a District Manager to lead and develop 5-7 Dunkin restaurants in the Austell, GA area. You will coach Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, ensure Brand standards and deliver an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to approximately 5-7 Dunkin' restaurants.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers; build a culture of accountability and performance.
• Develop future leaders and maintain strong management teams.
• Ensure restaurants meet Dunkin' Brand, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits, follow up on action plans, and execute LTOs and promotions.
• Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and loyalty; understand local market trends.
• Coach teams on speed, service, accuracy, and hospitality; support local marketing initiatives.
• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses; review P&L and profitability.
• Set goals for each restaurant; analyze performance and hold managers accountable for results.
• Partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin Brand Field Operations; lead district meetings.
