Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a District Manager to provide leadership, coaching, and direction to 5–7 Dunkin' restaurants in the Atlanta area. You will develop Restaurant Managers, drive sales and profitability, and ensure Brand standards while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires strong leadership, field coaching, and the ability to travel between locations to coach teams, conduct visits, and implement promotions and initiatives that grow sales and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic financial and computer skills.
• Guest-focused with strong business acumen.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers.
• Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
• Develop future leaders and maintain strong management teams.
• Ensure restaurants meet Dunkin Brand, food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Conduct regular store visits and follow up on action plans.
• Ensure successful execution of LTOs, promotions, new products, and Brand initiatives.
• Drive sales, transactions, guest satisfaction, and loyalty.
• Understand local market and competitor trends.
• Coach teams on speed, service, accuracy, and hospitality.
• Support local marketing and sales-building initiatives.
• Manage labor, food cost, waste, and controllable expenses.
• Review sales and P&L performance and create action plans to improve profitability.
• Ensure proper cash handling and operational controls.
• Set clear goals and expectations for each restaurant.
• Analyze performance and hold managers accountable for results.
• Partner with franchise ownership and Dunkin' Brand Field Operations.
• Lead district meetings and communicate company priorities.
