Job summary

Gill’s Point S Tire is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple stores, partnering with Store Managers to build strong teams, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and achieve operational and financial goals.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, people-focused leader who can coach leaders, analyze business performance, and turn opportunities into action. Regular travel across the district is expected as part of this leadership role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of leadership or management experience in tire and/or automotive service.
• Experience leading multiple stores and coaching Store Managers.
• Strong understanding of retail and auto service operations including sales, staffing, inventory and P&L.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, automotive technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Store Managers and their teams across the district.
• Develop and mentor Store Managers to strengthen leadership, team performance, and customer service.
• Identify opportunities, set priorities, and create actionable plans to improve performance.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, budgeting, and cost controls; review performance and drive results.
• Travel regularly throughout the district to support and evaluate store operations.
